Recently fired and evicted from her flat, Lena Orlova (Anna Bondareva) is being hassled at a bus stop by a drunk Alex (Alex Dower). Marcel (Ryan Kiggell), a passer-by down on his luck, witnesses her obvious distress and is struck by love at first sight. Confronting him with threatening words, Marcel gets rid of Alex.

Having been rescued by Marcel, Lena agrees to go with him to a nearby cafe. In a random world bordering on the absurd and the burlesque,  the strangers realize that their meeting is purely a serendipitous thing. What they have in common is a bond both mystical and infinite.
